Yesterday, I went to the park with Eli, Gabe, my friend (Challis), and her two younger siblings. We played at the park until Grace had an accident in her pants and we had to head home. We decided to all hang out in Challis's backyard, and went through the only unlocked door, the front door. Before we went to the park, Challis locked all the doors except the front door. So we went through the front door and locked it behind us, before we went in the backyard. Do you see were this is going???
So we go in the backyard, and Challis thought she unlocked the backdoor before we went outside. We soon try to go back inside, and the backdoor is locked. We try the front door, the garage door, and the backdoor again and no luck. Did I mention her parents were at a movie???
At this point, we thought to somehow get Challis up on the half-roof and she could climb through her window and go unlock the backdoor. Well, besides the latter, there's nothing that's tall enough to get her up there, and the latter is too heavy for me and her to carry. So, we try the doors again. Front door, no, backdoor, no, then we try the garage door and before she opens it she says a spell from Harry Potter that they use to open locked doors. She says the word, and we expect it to still be locked, but it opens. We were so surprised, we were laughing sooo hard. She kept saying she was a wizard and she needed to go to Hogwarts.
But I think we didn't try to open the door all the way, and she pushed harder and it opened. I don't know, but to me it sounds like a miracle! (P.S. One of these days I'm going to do a post of just pics. I just haven't had the nerve to sit here for a hour doing it. It will happen...someday!)

Spring Break....or NOT!!!
Ok, so what! It's Spring Break....big whoop when your watching your 3 younger brothers 24-7. Mom has been gone in Texas since last Tuesday and luckily gets home tonight, and my dad had to work today so I'm in charge of the little rascals. Eli had preschool, Noah has scouts, and I have mutual, all the day I'm in charge. It's not that bad, everything runs pretty smoothly until a fight breaks out and all @#*!.... breaks loose. It's not as bad as you probably think though. I'm over exaggerating just a little. Thank goodness mom is home soon though. I'm sick of watching my brothers, watching my dad work on the house next door, and eating lunchables, fast food, or oatmeal. I want a real meal!!! My dad has done a great job though, and I give him credit for that. It can be hard sitting at home all day watching us, but that's why dad's go to work and moms stay home!

Pinewood Derby
Recently, Noah particapated in his 2nd Annual Pinewood Derby for our ward. His car was named The Phoenix Firebird and was Black with really cool stickers. This one I liked a lot better than his one last year. He came in 2nd place in his Bear pack (they have different packs) and did a great job. I would post pictures of my most recent events (this, Gabe's b-day, etc.) except for the fact that I can't find the cord that plugs into the computer. But not matter how long it takes to find that I will still keep you updated! Talk to you soon!

Background???
I'm trying to get caught up in here. But I don't know if I'm doing this for me or for other people. I don't know if anybody even reads this anymore but oh well. So I updated my background to something not so holidayish (like my new word) and I came up with this. Don't really know if you guys like it, let alone me yet. So we will see if it stays. Gabe's birthday is come and gone right with Valentine's Day and pics will be updated soon, just when I get around to doing it. But I might not even do this blog anymore. I'm deciding. Maybe for me, but if you think differently let me know. Leave a comment to let me know. And soon, real soon. I'll have pics. Hopefully!!! :)

Cleaning Day!!!
Today we cleaned the house top to bottom. Fun, Fun, right??? Well, not really. Dad mowed the lawn, I had to clean all the shoes in the garage (man talk about a lot of shoes), mom vacummed, mopped, and steamed the floor, plus cleaned rooms, dad got on the roof to fix tiles, I vacummed rooms, and my dad's still working. Our house is a lot cleaner though. The ground is squeaky clean and everyone's happier! So for all you guys out there, if you want to give your mom a Valentine's gift, get your siblings together and clean the house. It work's and is a great way to make your mom happy! :)

Snow Trip!
This weekend I went to our Youth Snow Trip for our ward and man was it amazing. I was stupid enough not to bring my camera and take pics, but I can tell you all about it. On Friday after school we all met up at the church at 4 pm and left on our 4 hour car trip. We stopped up North at a Taco Bell to eat dinner, where they bought about 200 tacos, and then we were on our way to our Stake President's cabin. The girls went to the cabin and the boys boys went to another place (except the deacons who had to camp in the snow.) When we got there we couldn't pull in all the way to the cabin cause of all the snow and the cabin was about a half mile away. So, with our mighty muscles, we had to get our snow boots on and walk a half mile in the snow, carrying all of our stuff.
Talk about a great experience! After laughing, falling, and freezing our butts off in the snow. We finally managed to haul all our stuff to the cabin and get warm and toasty. We had a fireside and then got to bed. The next morning we woke up at 6:30 and had breakfast and got ready for the day. Luckily, our Stake President was nice enough to pull all our stuff in the back of his truck, so we could walk easily out to the main road. After walking to the main road we all left for about another 2 hour drive to the place we were going tubing.
When we got there, we got our snow clothes on and started having fun. I went down 7 times, which is a HUGE improvement from last year when I only went down once. Going in pairs, alone, and racing people was soooo much fun!!!!!!!!!! One of the leaders had to come up and get a group of us so we would come down for lunch. We ate lunch and then left for home. Besides getting the worst sunburn ever. And being called a tomato at church the next day, it was an amazing experience and I encourage all of you to go, who haven't been to thew snow. But, don't forget to WEAR SUNSCREEN!!! (Who would expect someone from Phoenix to know to put sunscreen on in the snow!!!)

It's over ALREADY!
Fall Break finally ended and we go back to school on Monday. Crazy right, my mom's excited, but I don't think I'm ready to go back yet. I don't know. All I know is I NEED to go back to school so that's the important thing, right. But the good thing is we won't get bored anymore. We went on a camping trip our first week of fall break, but our second week wasn't that exciting. With Halloween, my birthday, school, and all the after school activities I have going on though, I think I will be pretty busy for the rest of the month! We'll see! :)
